The recipe is very simple - put blueberries and raspberries in the blender or juicer and mix them thoroughly.

Adding few ice cubes makes juice/smoothie thinner and more refreshing.

Note: Not all blenders/juicers are suitable for crushing ice. Also, if You don't like pulp and seeds in your juice, be sure to use a centrifugal or masticating juicer that removes the pulp, seeds, and other solids. Personally, by filtering juice, one also filters out healthy ingredients ...

After blending everything, pour the juice/smoothie into the suitable glass and enjoy a very healthy and refreshing drink.

Raspberries and blueberries have a very specific taste and some people like adding sugar - don't do it. If You have the need to make the juice sweeter, add some natural sweetener, like Stevia, for example.

Personally, I like to add few ice cubes and few drops of lemon to make the juice thinner - without ice cubes and additional liquid, one gets a smoothie that can be consumed with a spoon.

Either way, very refreshing and healthy.
