Raspberries Blueberries Juice/Smoothie
Raspberries and blueberries are rich in various vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and they taste great.
Fresh raspberries and blueberries taste much better when they are fresh, but the frozen ones are available year long and can also be used for making smoothies, juices, and other meals...

The recipe is very simple - put blueberries and raspberries in the blender or juicer and mix them thoroughly.
Adding few ice cubes makes juice/smoothie thinner and more refreshing.
Note: Not all blenders/juicers are suitable for crushing ice. Also, if You don't like pulp and seeds in your juice, be sure to use a centrifugal or masticating juicer that removes the pulp, seeds, and other solids. Personally, by filtering juice, one also filters out healthy ingredients ...
After blending everything, pour the juice/smoothie into the suitable glass and enjoy a very healthy and refreshing drink.
Raspberries and blueberries have a very specific taste and some people like adding sugar - don't do it. If You have the need to make the juice sweeter, add some natural sweetener, like Stevia, for example.
Personally, I like to add few ice cubes and few drops of lemon to make the juice thinner - without ice cubes and additional liquid, one gets a smoothie that can be consumed with a spoon.
Either way, very refreshing and healthy.
