Pan Fried Turkey Breast

Pan fried turkey breast can be tasty and healthy meal that can be prepared in just a few minutes. Marinating turkey breast enhance flavor of turkey breast meat.

When preparing this meal, you must have good grilling pan - you need almost no oil when frying/grilling meat and vegetables in this kind of pan. If you use marinated turkey breast meat, you don't have to add any oil or fats because meat was marinated using tablespoon of olive oil (or red wine, for example).

Preheat non-stick grill pan - to test heat surface, just drop few droplets of water on grill surface - droplets should start to 'dance' on the surface.

Note: When working with most non-stick pans, always use special plastic or wooden cooking accessories - metal ones can easily damage non-sticking surface.

Put the meat on preheated pan and grill it on one side 3-5 minutes. Turkey breast cooking time depends on thickness of the meat. My general rule is one minute of grilling for every millimeter of thickness of the meat. This, of course, depends on many other things, but when you see that most of the meat has turned color from red to white (looking from above), turn it on the other side.

Second side grilling - again, grill for 3-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat.

In the case of marinated turkey breast, there is no need to add any fats nor spices...

After meat is done, serve the grilled marinated turkey breast meat warm with vegetables and salads - all depending on your current nutrition plan.

Also, this kind of grilled meat can be used for meat sandwiches - turkey sandwiches.

Half a kilo of turkey breast is large meal, so split this meat into 2-3 separate meals and add vegetables. Even if you are on a keto diet, you need at least some fiber for your stomach to work properly. Since there is not carbs in turkey meat, you can freely consume some broccoli or spinach with grilled meat - this will make your diet much easier and meal will be more satiating.
