Ultimate Nutrition ISO Sensation 93 comes in many different flavors: Cafe Brazil, Chocolate Fudge, Cookies 'n' Cream, Vanilla Bean, Strawberry and Natural.
Ultimate Nutrition ISO Sensation 93 contains around 93g of protein (hence the name), 3g of carbs and no fat or fiber per 100g of powder. BCAA content is OK - around 21g of BCAA per 100g of powder, or 22.5g of BCAA per 100g of protein.
Protein comes in 2lb and 5lb containers.
Powder mixes easily with shaker, with not much foam - after shaking if you really don't like foam, wait few seconds for foam to settle completely. Chocolate Fudge and Cookies 'n' Cream tastes great, and with fast carbs in PWM, taste is even better.
Since this is whey protein isolate, Ultimate Nutrition ISO Sensation 93 is great for Post Workout Meal (PWM) shakes, with or without fast carbs. If you are on keto diet, and you try to completely avoid carbs, feel free to try this whey.
Due to its digestion speed, Ultimate Nutrition ISO Sensation 93 is not so good for breakfasts, not even when it is combined with oats, milled flax seeds or similar foods. It is possible to use it in smoothies with low fat or cottage cheese with added oats, fruits, peanut butter, peanut, nuts and similar foods. When mixed with low fat or cottage cheese, not only that digestion is slowed down, but also cheese contains casein protein that absorbs for hours, making such smoothie very satiating meal. For breakfasts, add fruits and oats, and for daily snacks, add oats and nuts. In the evening use only nuts, since too much carbs in the evening is not so good.
Again, if you prefer bedtime protein shakes, instead whey isolates, use Meal Replacement Powders (MRPs) or even better, casein based protein supplements.
Price is great, considering content (pure whey protein isolate). Larger containers are, of course, cheaper per gram of powder.
